01 - Breadcrumbs

03 - Melted butter
04 - Shredded cheese, like cheddar or mozzarella
05 - Salt

07 - Mashed potatoes
08 - Chopped green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Toss together mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, an egg, green onions, and seasonings like salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl until smooth and blended.
02 - Take some of the mix and roll it into small balls, making sure to coat them completely in breadcrumbs.
03 - Line up the breadcrumb-coated balls on a baking tray and brush each one lightly with melted butter.
04 - Bake them at 375°F (190°C) for around 20–25 minutes, or just until the outside is crispy and golden.
05 - While they're still warm, serve them with a dipping sauce you love.
