Shrimp & Crab Pasta Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz of your favorite pasta like rotini or penne
02 - 1 cup of shrimp, already cooked and peeled
03 - 1 cup of crab meat
04 - 1/4 cup of finely diced red onion
05 - 1/2 cup of halved cherry tomatoes
06 - 1/2 cup chopped celery pieces
07 - 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
08 - 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
09 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
10 - A dash of salt and pepper for flavor
11 - Fresh dill, chopped (1 tablespoon)
12 - Lemon wedges to serve on the side

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the pasta as the package directs. Once done, drain it and rinse with cold water to cool it down quickly.
02 - In a roomy bowl, gently toss together the pasta (cooled), shrimp, celery, crab, cherry tomatoes, and onion until everything is combined.
03 - In another bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until the texture is smooth and creamy.
04 - Drizzle the dressing over the pasta mixture. Sprinkle the dill on top, then toss until it's all evenly coated. Pop it into the fridge for a half-hour so the flavors come together.
05 - Plate up the chilled pasta salad and serve it alongside lemon wedges for a citrusy burst of freshness.

# Notes:

01 - Cook pasta until slightly firm to ensure it stays intact.
02 - Fresh shrimp and crab will give this dish the best taste, but substitutes like frozen or canned are fine too.
