Sprinkle salt, pepper, and thyme on the pork chops for flavor.

On medium-high heat, warm up the olive oil in a big skillet. Place the pork chops in and cook each side for 4-5 minutes until they're golden and done. Take them out once ready and keep aside.

Using the same skillet, sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until you smell it. Stir in the honey and soy sauce, letting it simmer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens a bit.

Put the pork chops back into the skillet and coat them with the sauce. Let them heat for another minute or so. Spoon the sauce over when serving.
