Honey Garlic Pork Chops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pork chops, boneless
02 - 3 minced garlic cloves
03 - 3 tablespoons of honey
04 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
06 - 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
07 - A pinch of salt
08 - A pinch of pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle salt, pepper, and thyme on the pork chops for flavor.
02 - On medium-high heat, warm up the olive oil in a big skillet. Place the pork chops in and cook each side for 4-5 minutes until they're golden and done. Take them out once ready and keep aside.
03 - Using the same skillet, sauté the garlic for 1-2 minutes until you smell it. Stir in the honey and soy sauce, letting it simmer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens a bit.
04 - Put the pork chops back into the skillet and coat them with the sauce. Let them heat for another minute or so. Spoon the sauce over when serving.
