Golden Oven Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces or thick slices (about 1/2-inch)
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 2 tbsp melted butter, unsalted
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1/2 tsp salt (adjust based on your taste)
06 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper (to taste)
07 - 1/4 tsp paprika powder

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F and get a baking sheet ready by lining it with parchment paper.
02 - Cut the cauliflower into florets or thick, steak-like pieces about 1/2 inch wide.
03 - Lay the cauliflower out on the parchment-covered sheet. Pour olive oil and the melted butter on top, then toss thoroughly to coat every piece.
04 - Mix garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle it over the cauliflower and toss to make sure the seasoning touches every piece.
05 - Spread the cauliflower into one layer on the sheet and bake for around 15-20 minutes. Check until it’s as crispy as you like.

# Notes:

01 - The baking time can change a little depending on how small or big your pieces are.
02 - Feel free to use more olive oil instead of butter if that’s what you prefer.
