Set your oven to 425°F and get a baking sheet ready by lining it with parchment paper.

Cut the cauliflower into florets or thick, steak-like pieces about 1/2 inch wide.

Lay the cauliflower out on the parchment-covered sheet. Pour olive oil and the melted butter on top, then toss thoroughly to coat every piece.

Mix garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle it over the cauliflower and toss to make sure the seasoning touches every piece.

Spread the cauliflower into one layer on the sheet and bake for around 15-20 minutes. Check until it’s as crispy as you like.
