→ Grilled Steak

15 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
16 - 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
17 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
18 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
19 - 1 teaspoon salt
20 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

→ Corn on the Cob

21 - 4 corn cobs
22 - 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
23 - 2 tablespoons butter

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat a grill or oven to 200°C. Mix together BBQ sauce, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne in a bowl. Toss the wings in half this mix, then cook for 20-25 minutes, turning once. Save the leftover sauce for later brushing.
02 - Coat the steaks with a mix of garlic powder, olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let them sit for at least half an hour to soak up the flavors.
03 - Bring a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook the steak on each side for about 4-5 minutes if you like it medium-rare, or adjust timing to your preference. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
04 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then toss in the minced garlic and let it cook for a bit. Add the shrimp and Cajun seasoning. Cook each side for a few minutes until the shrimp looks opaque.
05 - Either boil or grill the corn for about 10 minutes until it's soft. Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with Cajun flavoring.
06 - In a small dish, combine mayo, Dijon mustard, honey, and Cajun spice until smooth.
07 - Arrange the sliced steak, cooked wings, shrimp, and corn neatly on a plate. Add the drizzle sauce on top of the steak and shrimp. For extra flair, sprinkle some chopped parsley or green onions if you'd like.
