Garlic Butter Stir Fry Veggies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup broccoli florets
02 - 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
03 - 1 large carrot, sliced diagonally
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
06 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch broccoli for 1-2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Toss in carrots and cook for 2 minutes until slightly softened. Add mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes.
03 - Stir in the blanched broccoli. Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and sesame oil. Stir-fry everything for 1-2 more minutes.
