Cheesecake Salad Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit Mix

01 - 1 cup of halved grapes (pick red or green)
02 - 1 cup of cubed pineapple chunks
03 - 1 cup of kiwi, peeled and sliced
04 - 1 cup of diced melon (cantaloupe or honeydew)
05 - 1 cup of raspberries
06 - 1 cup of strawberries, trimmed and sliced
07 - 8 ounces of cubed cream cheese
08 - A sprinkle of granola or chopped nuts if you want (about ¼ cup)

→ Sauce

09 - ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt if you prefer
10 - 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
11 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
12 - 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup

→ Extras

13 - A splash of caramel sauce
14 - A few fresh mint sprigs

# Instructions:

01 - Cut up all the fruit into small, snackable pieces after cleaning them. Toss everything into a big bowl.
02 - Stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a little bowl until smooth.
03 - Carefully add the cream cheese into the fruit mix. Pour the dressing over the top and lightly toss so it's all coated.
04 - Top with some granola or nuts for a bit of crunch. Drizzle with caramel sauce and toss on some mint for a fresh touch.
05 - Pop the dish into the fridge and let it cool for about 15 to 30 minutes. Then it's ready to enjoy!
