Fried Cinnamon Bananas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons honey (use raw or regular)
02 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
03 - 2 bananas, sliced into chunks about 1/2 inch thick
04 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat, then stir in cinnamon and honey. Keep mixing until smooth.
02 - Put the banana slices into the pan and let them cook for about 4 minutes. When you see a golden, caramelized color on the bottom, they're ready to flip. Turn down the heat if needed to avoid burning.
03 - Flip the slices over and give the other side about 4 minutes to turn a caramel brown too.
04 - Dish them up right away! They pair perfectly with ice cream, pancakes, French toast, or yogurt.
