# Ingredients:

→ Key Components

01 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - A pinch of pepper for flavor
03 - 4 large flour tortillas
04 - 1 medium-sized onion, cut into slices
05 - Salt, as much or little as you like
06 - 1 lb of skirt or flank steak, sliced into thin strips
07 - 1 red, yellow, or green bell pepper, thinly sliced
08 - 1 tablespoon of mild or spicy fajita seasoning mix
09 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil or your preferred cooking oil

→ Extras for Cooking

10 - Butter (2 tablespoons) for pan-grilling
11 - Optional dips like salsa, guacamole, or sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Take the steak strips, toss them together with a touch of oil, seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Let them rest for at least 15 but no more than 30 minutes to soak up the flavors.
02 - Grab a pan, turn the heat to medium-high, and cook the bell peppers and onions till they're slightly golden and soft—5-7 minutes should do. Move them out of the pan when done.
03 - Put the marinated steak into the same pan and stir every now and then for about 3-4 minutes. Once it's browned and cooked through, take it off the heat.
04 - Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add your cooked steak, softened onions, bell peppers, and top it off with a good sprinkle of cheese. Don’t skimp!
05 - Fold the tortilla to keep the filling inside, then press lightly. Melt butter in the pan over medium heat and toast each side for 2-3 minutes till it’s crispy and golden.
06 - Slice the wrap into halves and put out your favorite dips for serving alongside.
