Set the oven to 325°F (165°C) and let it heat up.

Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan and keep it ready.

Blend cream cheese till it’s perfectly smooth, then mix in sugar.

Mix in each egg separately, then stir in sour cream and vanilla.

Fold in Baileys Irish Cream until smooth.

Gently pour the filling into the springform pan.

Put it in the oven for 55-60 minutes until the edges are firm but the middle is a bit wobbly.

Let it cool completely while still in the pan.

Spread whipped cream on top and add a splash of Baileys for extra flavor if you like.
