Creamy Baileys Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust mix

01 - 1/4 cup white sugar
02 - 6 tablespoons melted butter (84g)
03 - 1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers

→ Cheesecake filling

04 - 450g (16 ounces) cream cheese, softened
05 - 100g (1/2 cup) sugar
06 - 4 eggs, separated
07 - 120ml (1/2 cup) sour cream
08 - 120ml (1/2 cup) Baileys Irish Cream
09 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla

→ Whipped topping

10 - 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
11 - 2 tablespoons of sugar
12 - 240ml (1 cup) heavy cream

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 325°F (165°C) and let it heat up.
02 - Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan and keep it ready.
03 - Blend cream cheese till it’s perfectly smooth, then mix in sugar.
04 - Mix in each egg separately, then stir in sour cream and vanilla.
05 - Fold in Baileys Irish Cream until smooth.
06 - Gently pour the filling into the springform pan.
07 - Put it in the oven for 55-60 minutes until the edges are firm but the middle is a bit wobbly.
08 - Let it cool completely while still in the pan.
09 - Spread whipped cream on top and add a splash of Baileys for extra flavor if you like.

01 - Try a water bath for fewer cracks and silky texture.
02 - Mix in a teaspoon of instant coffee powder for deeper flavor.
03 - Sprinkle chocolate shavings or chopped nuts as a finishing touch.
