Potato Pie Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
02 - 1 cup white sugar
03 - 2 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed (peeled and roasted or boiled)
04 - 1/4 tsp ground ginger spice
05 - 1/2 cup evaporated milk from a can
06 - 1 sheet of pre-baked pie crust (store-bought or handmade; pressed into a rectangular dish)
07 - 2 large eggs at room temperature
08 - 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
09 - 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
10 - 1 tsp cinnamon powder
11 - 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to warm up.
02 - Blend mashed sweet potatoes with the granulated and brown sugar, melted butter, and evaporated milk in a big bowl. Whisk until it's totally smooth.
03 - Mix the eggs into the sweet potato mixture one at a time. Add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
04 - Spread out the sweet potato mix onto your prepared, pre-baked pie crust evenly.
05 - Bake for roughly 40-45 minutes, or until the top is set and firm when lightly pressed.
06 - Allow the sweet treat to cool fully before cutting it into bar-sized pieces for serving.
