Cook the pasta shells in salted water until just tender, following the package. Rinse, then drain them.

Stir together the ricotta, grated Parmesan, egg, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.

Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat.

Spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce all across the bottom of a baking dish.

Scoop the cheesy filling into each shell, then neatly place them over the sauce in the baking dish.

Scatter the shredded mozzarella over the stuffed shells generously.

Cover the dish snugly with foil and bake for around 25 minutes.

Take the foil off and return the dish to the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.

Take the dish out of the oven, give it a few moments to cool down, and enjoy.
