Stuffed Cabbage Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3.5 pounds cabbage, chopped
02 - 2 pounds of ground beef
03 - 1 cup of uncooked white rice
04 - 29-ounce can of tomato sauce
05 - 28 ounces of beef broth from a can
06 - 1 cup onions, diced
07 - 1 teaspoon of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather everything you'll need.
02 - Throw the ground beef into a big skillet over medium-high heat. Cook it, stirring occasionally, until it's all browned, which takes about 5 to 7 minutes. Get rid of the grease afterward.
03 - In a big bowl, toss in the cabbage, tomato sauce, onions, uncooked rice, salt, and the cooked beef. Stir until combined.
04 - Spread the mixture into a 9x13-inch pan and pour the beef broth straight over the top.
05 - Cover the dish with something and let it cook in your preheated oven for an hour.
06 - Take off the cover, give the casserole a good stir, then cover it again. Continue baking for another 20 to 30 minutes until the cabbage softens and the rice is fully cooked.
07 - Scoop some out while it's still hot and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - If you're into cheesy flavors, sprinkle shredded cheese on top just before baking.
