Buttery Cheesy Garlic Corn (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fresh corn cobs, peeled
02 - 4 tablespoons melted butter (unsalted)
03 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 1/2 teaspoon optional paprika for flavor
07 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
08 - 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
09 - 1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon of optional mayonnaise

# Instructions:

01 - If boiling, get a big pot of water to a boil, toss in the corn, and cook for 5-7 minutes till soft. For grilling, heat up the grill to medium-high and grill the corn for 8-10 minutes, turning them here and there.
02 - Stir together the warm butter, chopped garlic, pepper, salt, and optional paprika in a little bowl.
03 - Spread the butter mix over the steamed or grilled corn while it's still hot.
04 - Shake grated Parmesan over the corn. Add shredded cheddar or mozzarella, then lightly broil the corn for 1-2 minutes if you're using an oven. Otherwise, just let the cheese melt naturally on the hot cob.
